Delivery

In Finland we deliver your products via Posti or Matkahuolto.

Delivery cost is 10 euros per order via Posti or Matkahuolto.

Delivery to Posti or Matkahuolto pick-up-point

The web shop suggests different pick-up-points where you can choose yours. Posti or Matkahuolto will send an SMS when the order is ready for pick-up.

Posti Parcel service (Smartpost)

The web shop suggests different pick-up-points where you can choose yours. This delivery method is fast and easy and you will receive a code for pick-up by SMS.

Parcel service automat cannot be used for parcels which exceed 60 x 36 x 60 cm dimensions or 25 kg weight limit.

If your Parcel service order exceeds these limits we will preferably send your order in several parcels. If this is not possible, we will contact you before the shipment.

Exchanges and returns

Notice! Printed or embroideried product's cannot be returned unless the product is faulty or the delivered products are wrong.

If we have failed to deliver the right product(s) or there are faults in the product(s) we will take care of the expenses of returning and replacing the product(s) with a new one. In this case please contact our customer service: info@r-collection.com

If the customer does not pick up their order or returns part of or the whole order, the customer will take care of the return costs.

In case of an exchange to another size or product(s) the customer will take care of the return costs and R-Collection will take care of the delivery costs of the new product(s).
